Block reservations for GCE 2011 participants and accompanying guests have been made at special rates in the venue, The Empress Hotel, Chiang Mai. Reservations should be made directly to the hotel by mentioning as conference delegate. Please note that the number of rooms is limited in Empress Hotel (the Venue of the conference) therefore you are kindly asked to make your reservation at your earliest convenience but no later than 30 January 2011.

- After January 30, 2011, Reservation will be accepted upon room availability only.
- Cancellation is accepted only up to February 5, 2011. One night cancellation charge will be made for all cancellation after this date.
- Check in time is available from 13.00 hrs., while check out time is at 12.00 noon.
- Late arrivals, early departure or no-shows will be charged according to the actual reservation confirmation.
