Guidelines for Abstract submission
All abstracts should be written in English and submitted through E-mail: entomology2011@gmail.com

The abstract must be in the Microsoft Word format (paper size: A4). The title of the paper should be 16 pt Times New Roman and the Name and Address must be centered with 14 pt Times New Roman. The main text should be single-spaced, in 12 pt Times New Roman with Key words at the end.  The number of words in the abstract should be maximum 500.

Review
All submissions will be reviewed in terms of quality, impact and relevance to the Congress. Notifications will be directed to the corresponding author by 15th December 2010.

Guidelines for paper Presentations:
ORAL PRESENTATION

• Own laptops are not permitted in the conference Rooms.
• You are requested to provide Power Point file to the Secretariat at least two hours before the session starts.
• The maximum speaking time for oral presentation is 15 minutes (includes 3 to 5 min for discussion). This time frame will be strictly adhered to by the session Organizer/Chair.

POSTER PRESENTATION

• Poster boards are located in Poster Room
• All posters will be displayed during the conference days and should be mounted by the presenter from Wednesday March 6 -8, 2011.Mounting stickers will be available in the poster room or contact the conference secretariat.
• Size of the poster board is 120 cm high and 90 cm wide.

Posters that have not been removed at the end of the day i.e. on March 8, 2011by 16:30 hrs, will be removed and disposed of by the conference’s staff.

Important notices:
- Submission implies the willingness of at least one of the authors of the paper to register  as delegate on or before  30th  January  2010.
- Papers without, at least, one author registering by January 30, 2011 will be automatically excluded from the conference programme and abstract book.
